
OHIO — Euclid Police recovered a significant amount of drugs and firearms during four separate incidents early Tuesday morning, according to a statement posted on the department’s Facebook page.
A total of five firearms were seized, with police noting that those in possession were either convicted felons or otherwise prohibited from owning guns.
In addition to the weapons, the Euclid Narcotics and Vice Unit reported confiscating a large quantity of illegal drugs, including:
- 62 grams of fentanyl
- 52.5 grams of cocaine
- 20.5 grams of methamphetamine
- 880 grams of marijuana
Two suspects were taken into custody following a brief pursuit. Their names have not yet been released.
“Euclid Officers strive to make our community a safer place and face these kinds of challenges in their work daily – great job and thank you!” the department wrote in the Facebook post.
