NORTH CAROLINA — Two men are facing multiple drug and firearm charges following a traffic stop Saturday evening in Kinston.
According to police, officers pulled over 25-year-old Ryan Towler and 20-year-old Savion Towler around 5:30 p.m. on Cunningham Road.
During the stop, officers said they observed signs of narcotics inside the vehicle.
A search of the car uncovered marijuana, cash, drug paraphernalia, and illegally concealed firearms.
Both men were arrested and charged with felony possession of Schedule VI (marijuana), possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Ryan Towler also faces multiple motor vehicle violations.
The two were booked into the Lenoir County Jail.
