MAINE — Two people have been arrested in connection with a drug trafficking investigation, according to the Auburn Police Department.
On Wednesday, officers executed a search warrant at a home on Center Street.
During the search, police said they discovered cocaine, fentanyl, and over $7,000 in suspected drug proceeds.
The resident, 27-year-old Mouamed Mouamed, was arrested and charged with drug trafficking and drug possession. He is currently being held without bail.
Police also arrested a female associate of Mouamed on drug trafficking charges. Her name has not yet been released.
