
ALABAMA — Two people were arrested the morning of Jan. 30, 2026, after investigators with the Shelby County Drug Enforcement Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the 100 block of Alexander Road in the Dunnavant community.
Authorities said Millard Kendrick III and Jessica Graf were taken into custody after investigators discovered a firearm and illegal narcotics inside the home. Officials allege Kendrick, who is prohibited from possessing a firearm, attempted to destroy evidence during the raid but was unsuccessful.
Kendrick is charged with three counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), unlawful possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, being a certain person forbidden to possess a firearm, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Graf is charged with three counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both Kendrick and Graf are being held in the Shelby County Jail. No additional details were released.
