SOUTH CAROLINA — Two suspects are in custody following an armed robbery late Sunday night, according to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded around 11:30 p.m. to a report of an incident and a possible gunshot victim on Bennett Street.
When they arrived, they determined that the victim had been robbed.
Officials said a physical altercation broke out between the victim and the suspects during the robbery, and the suspects fired a gun.
No one was injured by the gunfire.
The investigation is ongoing. Authorities have not yet released the names of the suspects.
