NORTH CAROLINA — Two men were arrested after deputies found loaded firearms and drugs in their vehicle at Hoke County High School during the homecoming football game.
The Hoke County Sheriff’s Office said deputies detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle in the school parking lot.
A search revealed two loaded guns, including a Glock with an automatic switch and an extended magazine, and another firearm under the driver’s seat.
Narcotics investigators also seized marijuana, suspected MDMA, amphetamines, oxycodone, cocaine, and crack cocaine from the vehicle.
Both men were taken into custody and transported to the Hoke County Detention Center.
