Two people arrested after breaking into Ohio laundromat

OHIO — Two people are behind bars following an early morning break-in at a Greenville laundromat on Saturday.

Police responded to reports of breaking and entering at The Laundry Room, located at 849 E Main Street, around 6:47 a.m.

Upon investigation, officers determined that Leroy “Brock” Crawford and Celeste Marie Julian allegedly broke into the business at approximately 4:30 a.m.

According to police, the pair used tools to access restricted areas of the building and stole multiple items.

Investigators later located the suspects at a nearby residence at 800 E Main Street, where they were taken into custody.

Crawford and Julian were booked into the Darke County Jail and are facing preliminary charges of breaking and entering.

Authorities say additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.

Greenville Police Chief Ryan Benge urges anyone with information about the incident to contact the department.
