NORTH CAROLINA — Two 18-year-olds have been charged in connection with a breaking and entering incident at White Hall on East Carolina University’s campus.
According to warrants, Olivia R. Fetterolf of Apex and Willow M. Osborne of Raleigh allegedly broke into the building on October 8.
Both were arrested by ECU Police on October 27.
Each faces two counts of breaking or entering. They were released after posting $2,000 bond and are scheduled to appear in court on February 16, 2026.
