Two Ohio interstate ramps to close until September

OHIO — Motorists traveling through Ohio should be aware of upcoming ramp closures that may affect their commute.

The ramps from Interstate 480 eastbound to Interstate 77 northbound, and from I-480 westbound to I-77 southbound, will be closed for construction work.

According to a post on the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Facebook page, the closures are necessary to allow crews to complete bridge deck replacement and resurfacing.

The closures are expected to remain in place through early September.

Drivers are advised to plan alternate routes and expect delays in the area during the construction period.
