PENNSYLVANIA — Two members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club have been arrested and charged in connection with an assault that occurred last year in Lower Burrell, according to authorities.
The Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office said the incident happened on Jan. 22, 2025, at Mogie’s Irish Pub along Leechburg Road. Police responded to reports of an assault and spoke with a 70-year-old victim at the scene.
According to investigators, the victim told police he noticed two individuals at the restaurant who were associated with the Pagans Motorcycle Club. About 10 minutes later, two additional members arrived, later identified as Robert Browne, 27, and Devin Colucci, 25.
Authorities said Colucci allegedly confronted the victim in the parking lot, telling him he was not allowed in the area because it was the Pagans’ territory and that he could not leave the restaurant wearing an “Outlaw OMG” shirt.
Investigators said the confrontation continued inside the restaurant, where the victim reported that Browne and Colucci attacked him. The victim told police he was pushed into the bar, kicked, had his shirt torn, and his glasses broken.
Surveillance video reviewed by police reportedly matched the victim’s account. Authorities also confirmed that vehicles belonging to both suspects were seen in the parking lot at the time of the incident.
Browne and Colucci have been charged with robbery, simple assault, theft, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and harassment. Colucci also faces an additional charge of possessing a prohibited and offensive weapon.
According to the district attorney’s office, both men were held for court on March 31. They are currently being held in the Westmoreland County Prison on $300,000 bail.
The case remains pending in court.
