OHIO — Two individuals were arrested on November 26, 2024, after authorities executed a search warrant at a residence on Main Street in Cadiz, resulting in the seizure of drugs, paraphernalia, and cash.
The Cadiz Police Department, with assistance from the Jewett Police Department and the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, searched the residence located near the square across from the courthouse.
Officials reported finding methamphetamine, cocaine, over 290 pills, marijuana, scales, glass meth pipes, a bong, and $156 in cash, among other items.
The residents, identified as Alan West Jr. and Tiffany Clendenin, were taken into custody.
Both are facing charges of trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lt. Carter credited the department’s K9 program for its role in initiating the investigation and expressed gratitude to the partnering agencies for their assistance.
Chief McCann emphasized that the department remains dedicated to combating drug-related crimes in Cadiz.
