OHIO — Two Ohio Lottery players are each $50,000 richer after Saturday night’s Powerball drawing produced a pair of winning tickets in the state.
The drawing, held Saturday, Feb. 28, featured the winning numbers 6, 20, 35, 54, 65, with the Powerball number 10. The Power Play multiplier was 4x. Although no ticket matched all six numbers to win the estimated $237 million jackpot — which carried a cash value of $111.5 million — two tickets sold in Ohio matched four of the five white balls plus the Powerball to win $50,000 each.
The $50,000 prize is awarded to players who match four white balls and the Powerball. Because the Ohio tickets did not include the Power Play option, the prizes remain at $50,000 apiece.
Lottery officials have not yet announced where in Ohio the winning tickets were sold or the identities of the winners. In Ohio, winners have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prizes.
With no jackpot winner, the Powerball jackpot rolls over to the next drawing, which will take place Monday night.
