GEORGIA — Two Powerball tickets worth $50,000 each were sold in Georgia following the drawing held Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers drawn were 18, 21, 40, 53, 60, with Powerball number 23. The Power Play multiplier for the drawing was 3x. Each Georgia ticket matched four white balls and the Powerball, a prize combination that pays $50,000. Neither ticket included the Power Play option, which would have increased the prize.
No ticket matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot, which was estimated at $74 million for the drawing. The cash value of the jackpot was approximately $33.6 million.
Officials with the Georgia Lottery have not yet released the locations where the two winning tickets were sold. Winners are encouraged to sign the back of their tickets and contact lottery officials for information on claiming prizes through the Powerball.
