VIRGINIA — A tractor-trailer crash Monday morning has shut down all eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 in Goochland County, according to officials.
The crash occurred near mile marker 161, between the Gum Spring and Oilville exits.
As a result, drivers traveling eastbound on I-64 are being rerouted at the Gum Spring exit (Route 522/Cross County Road) and directed to use Route 250 as an alternate route.
Virginia State Police are on the scene but have not yet released any details about the cause of the crash or whether there are any injuries.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and expect delays as the investigation and cleanup efforts continue.
