Three people sent to hospital following vehicle crash in Pennsylvania

PENNSYLVANIA — Three people were taken to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash that occurred on Route 23 in Lancaster County, according to emergency dispatch reports.

The crash happened in the area between Hartman Station Road and Geist Road in Upper Leacock Township.

Emergency crews responded to the scene, which remains active as of the latest update.

Authorities have not yet released details about the cause of the crash, and the condition of those injured has not been disclosed.

Route 23 was temporarily closed to traffic in both directions but is expected to reopen to a single lane soon, officials said.
