OHIO — Three people were taken to the hospital Friday afternoon after a two-car crash at one of Trumbull County’s most hazardous intersections.

The accident occurred around noon at the intersection of state Route 82 and Howland Wilson Road in Howland.

According to investigators, a pickup truck was turning from Route 82 onto Howland Wilson Road when it was struck by a speeding sedan that ran a red light.
