OHIO — Three juveniles were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 in east Columbus on Sunday morning, according to police.
Authorities said the crash occurred around 7:35 a.m. on I-70 West at East Livingston Avenue.
Officers with the Columbus Division of Police responded to the scene after receiving a report of a crash involving three vehicles.
Police said three juveniles were transported to a hospital with injuries sustained in the crash.
Nearly two hours after the incident, officials said one of the juveniles was determined to have suffered serious injuries, prompting the department’s Accident Investigation Unit to launch an investigation.
Authorities said all three juveniles are expected to survive.
Police have not released additional details about what led to the crash.
