NORTH CAROLINA — The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-vehicle crash that left three people injured early Saturday morning.
The collision occurred around 5:49 a.m. at the intersection of Mt. Herman Church Road and Highway 258 North. According to authorities, three vehicles were involved in the incident.
First responders from Maury Volunteer Fire & Rescue and Greene County EMS arrived at the scene and worked to remove occupants from the vehicles. Highway 258 was temporarily closed while crews provided aid and cleared the roadway.
Greene County EMS transported three injured individuals to a local hospital for treatment. Their conditions have not yet been released.
The crash remains under investigation by the State Highway Patrol.
