Three people injured following shooting incident in South Carolina

SOUTH CAROLINA — Columbia Police are investigating a shooting that left three people injured on Tuesday night.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 9 p.m. in the 2500 block of Booker Street, near Farrow Road.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.

All three victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Their conditions have not been released at this time.

The Columbia Police Department said they are actively working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
