
SOUTH CAROLINA — Three people were killed in a crash Thursday morning in Sumter County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around midnight on Broad Street. Authorities said a Subaru traveling east on Broad Street collided with a TrailBlazer traveling north on Copley Drive.
Both vehicles went off the road following the impact.
All three occupants of the vehicles died at the scene. The names of the victims have not yet been released.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
