MICHIGAN — Three people are dead and another is hospitalized after a crash early Monday morning in Detroit’s Midtown neighborhood, according to the Detroit Police Department.
Police said the crash happened around 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Temple Street and Cass Avenue, near Little Caesars Arena.
Investigators said the vehicle involved struck a parked truck. Three people died in the crash, while a fourth person was taken to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
Authorities have not released the identities of those involved.
The Detroit Police Department is continuing to investigate what led up to the crash.
