
KENTUCKY — Three Taylor County men have been charged in connection with a burglary at a Campbellsville business.
According to the Campbellsville Police Department, officers responded Sunday to a reported break-in at Jeffries Feed and Seed on Carnation Street.
During the investigation, police determined that an individual broke into the business and stole an unspecified number of firearms.
Authorities say the investigation led to the arrest of 50-year-old Bryan Patton of Campbellsville. He is charged with first-degree burglary.
Two other men were also arrested: 46-year-old Charles Jernigan and 34-year-old Carl N. Jacob, both of Campbellsville. According to police, Jernigan and Jacob are each charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and receiving stolen property (firearm).
All three suspects are currently lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center.
The investigation remains ongoing.
