KENTUCKY — Three people are in custody following a drug investigation in Livingston County last week.
According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, deputies from Livingston and McCracken counties, along with Kentucky State Police, executed a search warrant Thursday at a residence on Gass Road in Ledbetter.
The warrant was part of a joint investigation into methamphetamine trafficking.
During the search, officers reportedly seized one pound of suspected methamphetamine, 200 grams of suspected marijuana, Schedule II narcotic pills, over $7,000 in cash, and loaded firearms.
Authorities arrested 68-year-old Stewart “Lynn” Dickerson of Ledbetter, 53-year-old Eric Hinchey of Paducah, and 46-year-old Donna Craig of Ledbetter.
All three were charged with enhanced trafficking in marijuana and methamphetamine, as well as possession of a controlled substance.
Additionally, Dickerson and Hinchey face charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
