Three $150,000 Powerball tickets sold in Ohio

OHIO — Three Ohio players are celebrating big wins after Monday night’s Powerball drawing.

Each ticket is worth $150,000 after matching four of the five white balls, plus the Powerball, with the Power Play multiplier of three.

The winning numbers were 8, 23, 25, 40, and 63. The Powerball was 5, and the Power Play multiplier was 3.

The lucky tickets were purchased at a Giant Eagle in Canton, the Sandbar in Akron, and a True North in Brunswick.

While no one claimed the $1.1 billion jackpot, the prize has now grown to an estimated $1.3 billion. The next Powerball drawing is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 3.
