
TENNESSEE — More than 2,500 homes and businesses across Tennessee are without electricity as of Sunday morning, according to data from PowerOutage.us.
As of the latest update, approximately 2,555 customers are without power statewide out of more than 3.49 million customers tracked, representing about 0.07% of all customers.
Robertson County is reporting the highest number of outages, with 1,320 customers affected. Henry County is also seeing significant outages with 933, while smaller numbers have been reported in Davidson County (81), Knox County (58), and Cumberland County (24).
By utility provider, Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation is reporting the largest number of outages, with 1,321 customers affected. The Paris Board of Public Utilities is also reporting a notable number of outages, with 933 customers without power, representing one of the higher percentages of customers impacted in the state.
Despite the relatively small percentage of customers affected statewide, Tennessee ranks among the states with higher outage percentages nationally.
Utility crews are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
