
TENNESSEE — Thousands of customers across Tennessee are without power Sunday morning, according to outage tracking data from PowerOutage.com.
As of the latest update early Sunday, approximately 6,266 customers are reported without electricity statewide out of more than 3.3 million customers tracked.
The largest concentration of outages was reported in Davidson County, where about 5,845 customers were without power.
Smaller numbers of outages were reported in several other counties, including Tipton County with about 180 customers affected, Union County with 84, Blount County with 39, Macon County with 34, Lincoln County with 25, Roane County with 15, and Wilson County with nine customers without service.
The outage data was updated minutes before the report was generated, indicating that conditions could continue to change throughout the morning. No cause for the outages was immediately listed in the outage summary.
Residents experiencing outages are encouraged to monitor updates from their local utility providers and report outages if they have not already been documented.
