LOUISIANA — Thousands of residents in Jefferson Parish are without electricity Monday morning.
According to Entergy, more than 9,000 customers were without power as of 6:02 a.m.
The cause of the outage has not been released, and there is currently no estimated time for restoration.
On Sunday, more than 1,500 Entergy customers in the parish also experienced a brief power loss.
Crews are working to restore service, the utility said.
