
PENNSYLVANIA — A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after allegedly assaulting three children at an apartment complex in Mount Joy Borough, authorities said.
The Mount Joy Borough Police Department reported that the incident occurred while the teen and three victims, ages 9, 10, and 11, were playing a basketball game. Police said the teen taunted the children and directed racial slurs at them.
According to investigators, the boy allegedly put each child in a headlock until they struggled to breathe. The victims also reported being hit, grabbed, pushed, and forcefully moved by the teen.
The 15-year-old was arrested on October 30 and charged with multiple counts, including aggravated assault, strangulation, simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
