LOUISIANA — The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office will conduct a sobriety checkpoint somewhere in Livingston Parish this weekend. Officials are not releasing the specific location in advance.
The checkpoint is part of the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign led by the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission.
Grant funding administered through the commission will cover overtime pay for the deputies working the checkpoint.
