Snowy Christmas possible for parts of Ohio

OHIO — The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a forecast calling for rain and snow across the region as a weather system moves through the Great Lakes later today and into Tuesday.

Northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania could see up to 1 to 2 inches of wet snow overnight, particularly through Tuesday morning.

In other areas, a mix of rain and snow is anticipated, with rain likely dominating in some locations.

Temperatures are expected to return to normal levels this afternoon, with highs ranging from the upper 30s to near 40 degrees.

Residents are advised to monitor weather updates and prepare for potential slick conditions during the morning commute.
