PENNSYLVANIA — Multiple people were injured in a domestic-related stabbing incident Sunday afternoon in Fayette County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers said they were called to the 50 block of Park Street shortly after 12:30 p.m. for reports of a stabbing. When they arrived, they found six people involved in the altercation.
Two victims were flown to regional trauma centers for treatment. Three others were transported to nearby hospitals, while another person was treated at the scene and released, officials said.
State police described the incident as isolated and said there is no ongoing threat to the public.
The case remains under investigation.
