Six people arrested in Indiana drug bust

INDIANA — A drug sting in Jennings County resulted in the arrest of six individuals following a search of a residence on Buckingham Drive in the Country Squire Lakes community.

Law enforcement officials received information about potential drug activity at the address and obtained a search warrant through the Jennings County Circuit Court on Tuesday.

Early Wednesday morning, deputies from the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office, along with officers from the North Vernon Police Department, executed the warrant.

During the search, officers reportedly discovered methamphetamine, prescription pills, marijuana, multiple syringes, and a significant amount of drug paraphernalia.

The following individuals were arrested and face various charges:

  • Sebastian Martin, 24, of North Vernon
    • Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
    • Possession of a Syringe (Level 6 Felony)
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance (Level 6 Felony)
    • Possession of Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor)
    • Possession of Marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor)
    • Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony)
    • Violation of Legend Drug Act (Level 6 Felony)
  • Lindsay Hatton, 30, of North Vernon
    • Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
    • Possession of a Syringe (Level 6 Felony)
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance (Level 6 Felony)
    • Possession of Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor)
    • Possession of Marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor)
    • Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony)
    • Violation of Legend Drug Act (Level 6 Felony)
  • Blake Brashear, 29, of Greendale
    • Visiting a Common Nuisance (Class A Misdemeanor)
  • Robert Johnson IV, 28, of Anderson
    • Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
    • Possession of a Syringe (Level 6 Felony)
    • Visiting a Common Nuisance (Class A Misdemeanor)
  • Devon McFall, 31, of North Vernon
    • Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
    • Possession of a Syringe (Level 6 Felony)
    • Visiting a Common Nuisance (Class A Misdemeanor)
  • Andrew Saenz-Munoz, 21, of North Vernon
    • Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
    • Possession of a Syringe (Level 6 Felony)
    • Visiting a Common Nuisance (Class A Misdemeanor)
    • Arrest Warrant: Failure to Appear for Auto Theft
    • Arrest Warrant: Leaving the Scene of an Accident

The investigation remains ongoing.
