
INDIANA — Authorities executed a series of search and arrest warrants across Marion on Monday, July 21, resulting in several arrests and the seizure of illegal drugs and firearms.
The operation was led by the JEAN Team Drug Task Force, with assistance from the Grant County Sheriff’s Office and the Marion Police Department Emergency Response Team.
Among those arrested was Anthony L. Hall, 45, who faces multiple felony charges, including possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, and maintaining a common nuisance.
He is being held at the Grant County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond. Hall was already out on bond for a previous firearm-related charge.
Shaun Cummings, 47, was also taken into custody and charged with multiple counts of drug possession and dealing, including cocaine, methamphetamine, and marijuana. He is on active probation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and is classified as high-risk.
Other individuals arrested include:
- Sha’Onta Monique Davis, 45 – Maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.
- Todd Faulkner, 37 – Arrested on a warrant for three counts of dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug; bond set at $20,000 cash.
- Audrianna R. Garcia, 18 – Maintaining a common nuisance; bond set at $10,000 or 10%.
- Jeremiah Johnson, 20 – Charged with maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia; bond also set at $10,000 or 10%.
During the operation, officers seized:
- Approximately 50.3 grams of cocaine
- 114.3 grams of marijuana and THC gummies
- 4.6 grams of MDMA
- One AR-15 rifle and three handguns
- Packaging materials, digital scales, and drug paraphernalia
