TENNESSEE — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Clarksville Police Department for a missing man.
According to the TBI, Ricky Baker was last seen wearing a red shirt with the words “Proud Dad” and green shorts. Authorities said Baker has a medical condition that may affect his ability to return safely without assistance.
Baker is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds, with brown eyes and a bald head.
