OHIO — Dayton police have issued a shelter-in-place order for the 3600 block of Delphos Avenue.

Authorities said residents in the area should remain indoors while police respond to an armed suspect at the location.

The response includes SWAT and Hostage Negotiation Team (HNT) units.

Police have not released additional details about the suspect or the ongoing situation. Residents are urged to follow official instructions and stay inside until the shelter-in-place is lifted.
