Seven people arrested, one wanted following theft investigation in Kentucky

KENTUCKY — Several people have been charged following a coordinated investigation into a series of thefts in Bowling Green, authorities said.

The Bowling Green Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division led the probe, which involved stolen tools from construction sites, catalytic converters, and copper.

Police estimate the total losses from the incidents at around $200,000. The investigation received assistance from the Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office and the Warren County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.

The following individuals are facing charges:

  • Curry Dodd, 30, Bowling Green: Out on cash bond, with charges pending in Warren and Edmonson counties.
  • Kevin Lundy, 46, Bowling Green: Held in custody pending arraignment in Warren Circuit Court on theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($10,000–$1,000,000) and second-degree criminal mischief.
  • Timothy Gregg, 43, Bowling Green: Awaiting trial on pending charges while serving a separate state prison sentence for prior theft offenses.
  • Kevin Anderson, 44, Bowling Green: Awaiting trial on pending charges while serving a separate state prison sentence for prior theft offenses.
  • Nicholas Basham, 42, Bowling Green: Pleaded guilty to felony charges and granted shock probation.
  • Daniel Belcher, 32, Bowling Green: Pleaded guilty to felony charges and remains in state custody.
  • Joe Wheatley, 44, Bowling Green: Pleaded guilty to felony charges and remains in state custody.
  • Joseph Pulliam, 64, Bowling Green: Faces active indictment warrants and is currently at large.

Police are asking anyone with information on Pulliam’s whereabouts to contact the Bowling Green Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 270-781-CLUE.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be filed.
