Police seek suspect accused of pepper-spraying restaurant employees in Ohio

OHIO — Police are searching for a suspect accused of assaulting several employees with pepper spray at a Penn Station restaurant after becoming upset with their service.

According to the South Euclid Police Department, the incident occurred on Oct. 8 at the Penn Station located at 1840 Warrensville Center Road. Officers said the suspect placed a food order but became “unhappy with the service.”

Police said the customer began yelling at the employees before allegedly “spraying a chemical agent at and near employees on several occasions.”

The South Euclid Police Department shared surveillance photos of the suspect on Oct. 15 and is asking for the public’s help in identifying them.
