GEORGIA — Authorities are asking for the public’s help as they investigate a drive-by shooting that occurred Tuesday night in Taylor County, according to the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials said the shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Hicks Road. Deputies responded to the scene and determined the incident was a drive-by shooting.
Investigators said a nearby property sustained minor damage as a result of the shooting. No injuries were reported.
Authorities are continuing to investigate and are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact the sheriff’s office at (478) 862-5444.
The investigation remains ongoing.
