GEORGIA — Macon Regional Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a woman wanted in connection with a theft case in Monroe County.
According to Crime Stoppers, Stephanie Sanford, 34, is currently wanted for theft by taking. Sanford is described as a white female who stands approximately 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 115 pounds.
Authorities confirmed she is wanted in Monroe County, Georgia, but did not release additional details about the alleged theft.
Crime Stoppers officials say Sanford remains at large and are encouraging anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward. Tips can be submitted anonymously through Macon Regional Crime Stoppers, and tipsters may be eligible for a cash reward if the information leads to an arrest.
