OHIO — This week’s Cuyahoga’s Most Wanted highlights a Cleveland man wanted on gun-related charges, with a distinctive forehead tattoo that reads “Westside Shoota.”
Michael Cullen is wanted by authorities after failing to appear in court on a charge of having weapons under disability, according to Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County.
The charge indicates that Cullen has a prior felony conviction, making it illegal for him to possess a firearm.
Cullen has a criminal history dating back to 2014, including a 2018 conviction for attempted felony assault in which he used a firearm during the attack.
In addition to his forehead tattoo, Cullen has several face and neck tattoos that may make him easily identifiable.
He is described as being 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, and was last known to be living in the 3200 block of West 110th Street in Cleveland.
Anyone with information about Cullen’s whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 216-252-7463. Tipsters can remain anonymous, and tips leading to an arrest and conviction may be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000.
