TENNESSEE — Authorities are searching for a man allegedly involved in a shooting Tuesday evening in Rogersville.
The Surgoinsville Police Department said officers responded to the 100 block of Cardic Drive just after 6:30 p.m. following reports that a man had been shot.
Investigators identified 22-year-old Johnny Lynn Arnwine as the suspect who reportedly fired the shots. Arnwine fled the scene in a light blue or silver 2023 Toyota Corolla with tag number 335BPVD in an unknown direction.
“Arnwine is considered armed and dangerous and the public is asked not to approach him,” Chief James Hammonds said. Anyone with information or who sees Arnwine is urged to call 911.
