PENNSYLVANIA — Authorities are searching for a suspect following a shooting and arson incident in Dauphin County, according to police.
Officers with local law enforcement responded just after 5 p.m. Saturday to Hoke Lane in Lower Swatara Township for reports of gunfire and a fire at a home.
Investigators said when officers arrived, the fire had already been extinguished by a neighbor.
Police released video showing a man parking a vehicle and retrieving a gas can from the trunk. Authorities said the suspect then approached the home, fired multiple shots into it and poured gasoline before setting it on fire.
Officials said multiple people were inside the home at the time, including small children. No injuries were reported.
Police have not released the identity of the suspect and said the search is ongoing.
