OHIO — The Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for a man considered “armed and dangerous” following a fatal shooting early Monday morning.
Deputies responded to a 911 call at 6:11 a.m. from a residence in the 3500 block of State Route 46, where they found a 62-year-old man dead from a single gunshot wound. The victim’s name has not yet been released.
Sheriff William Niemi identified the suspect as 42-year-old Timothy Adams.
He is believed to be driving a red 2006 Ford Explorer with Ohio license plate KJK9368.
Authorities urge anyone with information on Adams’ whereabouts to contact the Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office at 440-576-9046.
