OHIO — Cincinnati Police District Four is seeking Leonard Edwards, 47, in connection with felonious assault and misdemeanor domestic violence charges, according to Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers.
Authorities said the incident occurred on September 1, 2025, during a dispute with his sibling. Edwards allegedly struck the victim in the face with a handgun, causing serious injury.
Edwards is described as a Black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing 170 pounds. He has a criminal history that includes weapon-related offenses and forgery. Law enforcement reports that he was last known to live on Liberty Hill in the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood.
Edwards has been wanted since September 19, 2025. Police are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Cincinnati Police District Four or Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers. The public is advised not to approach him.
