OHIO — Investigators with Cincinnati Police District Three are asking for the public’s help in locating 27-year-old Dashawn Shade, who is wanted in connection with a domestic dispute that occurred earlier this year.
According to Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers, Shade is wanted for felony abduction, misdemeanor obstructing official business, two counts of misdemeanor domestic violence, and misdemeanor criminal damaging.
The charges stem from an incident on February 17, 2025, during which police say Shade physically assaulted a victim, leaving visible injuries, then fled the scene with the victim’s child without consent.
Shade is described as a Black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 158 pounds. He has a criminal history that includes prior charges for aggravated robbery and assault. Authorities say he was last known to reside on Pasadena Avenue in the Westwood neighborhood of Cincinnati.
