OHIO — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 44-year-old Colleen Allums, who is wanted on multiple charges, including two counts of Cruelty Against Companion Animals and Obstructing Official Business, according to Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County.
Allums has been wanted since June 23, 2025. She is described as a white female, standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds.
She has brown hair and green eyes. Her date of birth is March 9, 1981.
