OHIO — Cincinnati Police District Three is actively searching for 20-year-old Jatwan Rayford in connection with a recent burglary and misdemeanor domestic violence case.
According to investigators, on July 18, 2025, Rayford allegedly forced his way into a victim’s home and threatened to kill them.
Rayford is described as a Black male, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds. Police say he has no known prior criminal history. His last known address is on Betton Avenue in Cincinnati’s West End neighborhood.
Rayford is considered wanted as of July 25, 2025. Authorities are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers. Tips can be submitted anonymously, and rewards may be offered for information leading to his arrest.
Law enforcement warns that individuals should not attempt to approach or confront Rayford. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
