OHIO — Cincinnati Police District Three investigators are actively searching for 34-year-old Shawn McLean, who is wanted on two counts of felonious assault following a violent incident involving two parole officers.
According to investigators, the incident occurred on June 17, 2025, while McLean was under arrest.
During the encounter, McLean allegedly struck one parole officer in the back of the head and slammed another into a wall, causing serious physical injuries to both individuals.
McLean is described as a Black male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds. He has a history of assault and domestic violence and was last known to reside in Columbus, Ohio.
Authorities consider McLean dangerous, and he has been wanted since July 15, 2025. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
