OHIO — Cincinnati Police District One is actively searching for 28-year-old Quetin Smart, who faces several charges including felony drug trafficking and multiple misdemeanors.
Authorities say Smart was involved in an incident on June 29, 2025, when he exited a vehicle that fled from a traffic stop and failed to comply with police orders to stop.
During the encounter, Smart discarded a bag containing marijuana prepared for distribution and sale.
Smart is described as a 6-foot-2-inch, 158-pound Black male. He has no known criminal history and was last seen living on Ezzard Charles Drive in the West End neighborhood.
He is wanted for felony drug trafficking, misdemeanor failure to comply with a police officer, misdemeanor drug possession, misdemeanor obstructing official business, and misdemeanor falsification.
Police urge anyone with information on Smart’s whereabouts to come forward.
