OHIO — Police are searching for 60-year-old Sandra Phelps, who is wanted on two counts of felonious assault following a domestic disturbance in Cincinnati’s District Three.
According to Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers, officers responded to a call on June 28, 2025, involving a verbal altercation that escalated when Phelps allegedly pulled out a sword and attempted to cut the victims.
No details were released about the extent of the victims’ injuries.
Phelps is described as a Black female, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 185 pounds.
She has no known prior criminal history and was last known to reside in Middletown, Ohio.
Authorities consider her a wanted fugitive as of July 2, 2025.
